This is everything I could think of that had anything to do with a war defense setting. Stuff like iBomb poisons i didn't even bother with when he's never gonna hit a defense map.

We have champs who do this kind of stuff on defence. Yeah I am talking about Serpent. He can't miss, you can't evade him or Dex his specials. He reduces crit penetration, has a giant fury and a resistance buff to increase both physical and energy resist. Blatantly reduces any instant damage by 60%. All while having ridiculous power gain and death immunity. If you are ok with how serpent is who is champ that you have to fight everyday as long as you play this game, then I am sure you will be ok with a tactic which is only there in one war season.

It’s a bit of both. Things to be aware of when planning, and also a thing to be annoyed with when trying to make a suitable defense

Cause he counters so many things through his base kit which are only increased with node combinations. Tell me meta where Serpent was not an absolutely broken defender.

You are complaining about an alliance tactic which will only be there one alliance season. I am sure that you are ok with how Serpent is on defense. Not everyone has Chavez or Kushala, how do you think normal players deal with that bull **** of a defender.

Basically all burst and dot effects, you won't take any red numbers damage at all if you have enough debuffs right?

For some reason I took brute force damage on node 49 with at least 6 debuffs on. And yes, I had the debuffs on before brute force triggered. And no, I didn’t have any other damaging effect on. I also think it didn’t counter void damage unless I’m remembering it wrong from last time.

Did some testing in off season and the tactic doesn't seem to be countering brute force or one eye open. Not sure if its a bug but just something to keep in mind.

Has anyone tested Decay champs vs Path 3 T1? The powerburn nodes?

Because you still take damage if you hit RS block as far as I tried.
