I have have 7 star wicken and he does pretty well when he can stop any buffs but on this path the buff from the path such as indestructible ,unblockable and power gain does not get stopped by his neutralize

You missed this very important node. The opponent effectively has a 300% chance to proc the indestructible and unblockable buffs. Neutralize does not prevent buffs outright, but reduces their ability to proc by a percentage - in Wiccan's* case, 100% reduction. That leaves the opponent with just a 200% chance to have those buffs trigger.
It's not that Wiccan became bad, it's that neutralize is not an effective plan of attack against buffs with an increased chance of triggering, or against opponents with increased ability accuracy or ability accuracy that cannot be reduced.

Neutralize won't be able to help you here. The node might seem lil annoying, but just hit their block and chill close to them and let the buffs expire.

yes, neutralize is ability where you reduce the chance to gain buff to 100%, so it's won't work against some node or ability that had more than 100% chance
