Store ticker not going away after scrolling through everything

Anyone have an idea how to get rid of the ticker? I've already tried every possible way of scrolling through the multiple stores completely. It happened after I became Paragon.

Yeah I always had that "1" for the longest time and it irritated me so much. Then one day, it was just gone.
