Dash Back and Dexterity STILL NOT WORKING AS ADVERTISED

Ok this is getting a bit ridiculous. After the update last week it appeared the dash back and dexterity was finally fixed after months and months of this ongoing issue. Well after another cluster when AQ started right before the weekend it appears that the dash back and dexterity bug is back. On top of that dexterity activates constantly now even when blocking. Are we going to have to wait another 3 months to get this one fixed???
