Raids rewards will be given to entire alliance or only participating members?

Yea you have to spend 180 tickets.
No work around that.

Do note you have to at very minimum join a raid group, or do 1 fight in a normal AQ map if your alliance has normal AQ groups, if you want the glory for the week.
