currently100 % cleared out till act 4 but i am unable even start act 5 , i lose very easily.
can someone suggest what to do

Your top 5 champs can do the work just awaken the Hercules and warlock and rank up them

My alt account used a 5* hulk, hulkling, and valk to uc, so with just valk and hulkling + apoc and kate, you should be able to easily get uc, Kate can also take care of the 5.4 boss, she melts him.
