Is there a way to tell in-game if a player is banned?

Just out of curiosity. I reported a very blatant case of BG modding a week or so ago and I can still view the account in my match history. So I was wondering if there is any indication in-game that a player is banned, or if their account just shows up as normal if viewed from a different account.

You can screenshot their account right now.
And check in a week to see if their fight rating etc stats increased or not.
