Initial thought says sinister

After thinking still sinister, domino and skull are available 7*, and you can dupe them. A 7* sinister will be unduped for a while, so better to invest into the 6*

Sinister if you won’t get/don’t have him as a 7*, domino if you will/do.

She benefits the most from max sig from that group. Sig 200 much. Ore achievable as a six star, for now at least.
