Which champions to focus on after becoming Thronebreaker?

I became Thronebreaker two days ago, and I have since easily finished 7.1.4. But I don't think act 7 is too easier than act 6.
Act 6 was challenging and testing skill of players with nodes and fights which are required to be played around. I think it was like a tutorial to become more skilled than an average player, and the Grandmaster fight encompasses the use of all the required skills in later content quite wonderfully.
But act 7 is more roster dependent. Having right champions with right immunities, right buffs/debuffs helps in most of the paths of act 7. Some paths benefit certain classes too, and the 6 stars even receive a buff.
So, please help me decide which champions to upgrade. Here is my 6* R1 and R2 roster as I prefer investing in 6*s. If you want I can post my 5* and 6* R3s and R4s in comments.
