I did not receive my in app purchase and I specified this in my ticket I made to kabam, for the first few mails they keft asking me to share xolla’s transaction details and I always kept saying It was a ingame purchase so xolla wasn’t involved, then when they finally caught up to it, they asked me to share the apple history, I did but they keep sending me the mail that I haven’t replied to them, and now recently they are saying they can’t view the date of the order when it is clearly visible in the screenshot, like what the hell

The context is different here and Your screenshot says to use the word cautiously as it can be offensive, and it is offensive in this case.

Support seems to be saying it is not the correct purchase history.

I submitted a report to apple and They said I’ll get the refund so I am not worried about the money, the elephant in the room is how kabam support addresses the situation.

I get it that they can’t have a human individual behind every single report for reviewing them but cases like this also occur more often.
