The game experienced a brief connectivity issue this morning. The team promptly fixed the issue and things are back to normal, thank you to everyone who passed along reports!

returning units

If I don't remember the date of account creation (I don't know why the **** I needed this information in my life), when there was a transaction for money (that bank account has been closed for a long time). how do I cancel the purchase of Angela for 9500 units? it accidentally hung up in the game before the offer came out. now, in order for support to cancel the purchase of Angela for 9500 units, I need to know the date of account creation when the first donation was made (and it was in 2019 or 2020, but I don't have to look, I don't have that bank anymore). do these idiots really think that a person in adequate condition bought Angela for 9,500 units before the November sale, and I'm a fraud and I want to harm him by canceling this action? What kind of jerks are you out there in support

Are you messaging support from the same kabam account your game is hooked up to? If not, then you need to verify that it is your account you're trying to do the refund for and not someone else's account.

for some reason, I can't log in to Kabam support from this account. this post has long been forgotten. but the entrance to the game is available to me. this account is already 5 years old. I remember the last few nicknames that I installed and that's it. I beat this **** arena to buy on November 29th.

I can ask the ex to look at her email for a login code. But she'll say I'm a jerk.after so many years, I wrote to her and asked for the code of the game

That would be awkward, but that is also your only option unless you can verify your account with Kabam support by answering all of their questions. Alternatively you can just try guessing the password to that account and sign in with it.

I wrote to my ex. She said she didn't have access to the mail. We'll have to beat the arena for the next sale
