Wrong item in Black Friday bundle

So I saw this only after getting 2 star lord loot bags, on the website and in game it’s 7* titan shards but I got normal 7* shards??

Same here, bought 2x via summ market, got 7* shards. Tried via ingame, bought 1 and got the titan shards. I assume ill be compensated without action needed from my side. Thanks!

Exact same thing happened to me. I’ve had to raise a ticket. Hopefully he compensated soon.

Pretty sure (because Op didn’t actually specify their IN-GAME name), that Kabam will be able to process that for EVERYONE that was affected.

There’s also an issue with Tony Stark’s Briefcase only sending 750 7* shards instead of the 7500 that it’s supposed to send.

Jeez I thought I got screwed on this too. Good we get to keep the 7* shards. When can we expect to get the Titan shards?? Do we need to contact support or will the Titan shards be delivered automatically @kabam_crashed ?

Same. I bought Star Lords and Tony Starks and got the wrong stuff from them. Opened one ticket and catalogued both.
