So I saw this only after getting 2 star lord loot bags, on the website and in game it’s 7* titan shards but I got normal 7* shards??

    I had the same exact issue bought 3 and received 7* shards instead of titan

    Same here, bought 2x via summ market, got 7* shards. Tried via ingame, bought 1 and got the titan shards. I assume ill be compensated without action needed from my side. Thanks!

    Exact same thing happened to me. I’ve had to raise a ticket. Hopefully he compensated soon.

    Pretty sure (because Op didn’t actually specify their IN-GAME name), that Kabam will be able to process that for EVERYONE that was affected.

    Jeez I thought I got screwed on this too. Good we get to keep the 7* shards. When can we expect to get the Titan shards?? Do we need to contact support or will the Titan shards be delivered automatically @kabam_crashed ?

    I bought Tony Stars briefcase and got 1500 titan shards instead of the advertised 7500 7* shards. Do we need to submit tickets or how is this going to go?

    Same. I bought Star Lords and Tony Starks and got the wrong stuff from them. Opened one ticket and catalogued both.

    It has been for Tony Stark’s Briefcase only not sure about the other one.

    The update is even if you get the wrong item, you will get comped with the right item, so buy them bugged for more stuff.

    I already did buy them. Wondering if there was an update on when to expect the 7* shards. Should’ve clarified that, my bad.
