@Kabam Pinwheel could you please relay this to kabam? The whole verification thing for kabam id thing is nonsense in my humble opinion, and here is why. Firstly, there are lots of people (like myself) who made their accounts years ago and then stopped playing for years. I don't know how kabam expects me to remembermy password or email. The security questions are low key insane like when did you start, where were you when you started etc etc. Secondly, why do you even need to verify it. Like seriously I don't get it? Let's say this wasn't my account and I bought it from someone, I hacked it, well I have control of it, kabam ID doesn't do anything right? Like I can make purchases without it etc etc. Literally the only thing it means is that people in my situation cannot get free promo codes and twitch drops. Anyway, could Kabam make it so there is other ways to verify accounts? For example i remember my first 5 star was dormammu, and that I sold an aegon early in the game. Or just make promocodes and twitch drops unrelated to account and male it so that only one reward can be redeemed for each account. I honestly can't think of much other solutions. Thank you so much for reading this

They are aware of the issues with security verification, but the situation is not as simple as you portray. With your Kabam ID and the right verification information, I could steal anyone’s account.

I have brainstormed lots of options to improve the verification process with Kabam, and I know they are have been looking at this, but the challenge is this: Apple and Google anonymize App Store users. Kabam has no idea who you are unless you tell them in some way out of the game, like by making a Kabam ID. So to verify you are the account holder they need to ask you questions you would know but someone who temporarily gained access to your account would not know, that they themselves can verify from game logs.

If they make this too hard they will make many players unable to gain access to their account if they forget everything. But if they make it too easy a lot of players will get their accounts stolen.
