Won't let me buy black Friday deals

I purchased all.the 100 dollar deals and a couple.of.the 50's and after that it rejest Google points for cash and I used my my other cards and it still rejected my payment. I.dont understand why

    I.would.like to finish purchasing a couple others deals but would.like.to know why I can't. I took a picture of what it said I will.post it. It says Secure your account (OR-REH-04) learn more about securing your account.

    I experienced this a while back. It is not Kabam, but Google Play causing the issue. Google is flagging your Google Play account for unusual activity, just contact Google Play support and they should be able to sort it out.
