My codes aren't working

Hi the early bird code that was emailed to me isn't working and the hunter code isn't working now when I enter any code it says you can only use Latin letters whatsoever that means?

    What is the point of the codes if you don't get any rewards for it?

    Are you using an ALTERNATE KEYBOARD, one that has symbols that look similar to standard letters, but are actually coded as a higher up character code (or alternate character map).
    If so, then the letters really aren’t “THEHUNTER”.

    Copy/paste would be best.

    But as for the unique (per person) early bird codes, those are a mix of upper and lower case letters, as well as numbers.
    And upper case (I) “eye” looks similar to lower case (l) “el”, as well as to number (1).
    Also upper case (O) “oh” and number Zero might look similar as well.
    If your code has any of those looking ones, try the other letter/number possibilities instead.
