Cyber weeknd webstore bug

I bought an offer from the webstore Tony stark's briefcase and instead of giving me 7500 7-star shards they gave me 1500 titan shards, and kabam after 2 days still hasn't answered me... what should I do

They answered me that everyone who has the problem will receive the correct items. But I'm still waiting since friday and I would really like to get the things I paid for

kabam is aware of the bug yeah, now sure if everyone had to raise a ticket or not or if it counts for everyone who bought them. I bought all 4 so i am expecting 30k 7* shards to be in the mail soon
