Below may or may not be definitive, as it may be an “off and on” issue as well.

So far it seems the only way to access is via Safari.

the following DONT work: Edge, Opera GX Chrome, Samsung browser and Firefox. I know kabam are aware. Trying to see if there is a work around for this currently. Especially tight with 2 days to go.

Quick update firefox worked for some for others not.

*reposting from other thread* yeah its a bit bugged currently, so at this moment of time we are on the following;

1. It worked for what was the first hour on all browsers, before not working again.
2. 'duck duck go browser in android' works but not sure if that does now.

I already linked my account so it's not an issue with me.
Having so many players complaining about the issues with Kabam ID; not being able to claim rewards, use promo codes, or even access the market. Don't you think this is just pissing them off a bit more?

We are in 2024 going in 2025 after all, those options are mandatory for the wellbeing of any forums. U have watch it live then depending on when drops it can be 10 mins 20 30 so on and when u claim it goes straight into ur mcoc account

(Edit), oh, if you meant you had attempted to add something into here, but had personal info so was taken down, just re-add it here but WITHOUT your personal stuff in it (or more likely because you attempted to edit it more than once, which tends to get a “pending” status instead). “Pending approval” is often times a dead end, just re-do it.

Worked fine for me first time. I did it in Safari though (rather than Edge, Chrome etc), based on comments I've read elsewhere.

Thank you for the clarification on how the edit function works or doesn't work. That's good to know and annoying that is functions like that.

As for the posts, I made 3 of them here in this thread one after the other because the first one with the ss containing my email disappeared after I edited once. The other 2 that did not contain the email got me the same pending approval reply, even though I did not edit them. I tried to edit just my first one with the email in it for something else, did not realize just yet at the time of my edit of me not hiding the email.

As for the solution clearly it does lead to the same link, mine was just a way getting there from any browser using the inspect page and html code function of any browser, so that people did not need to go and download any other browser of go through unnecessary hoops or use a URL that could be potentially dangerous to just copy paste from the internet, but that doesn't really matter now anymore.

As for the other posts they were meant to send people to the post that I've made here with the solution, I never said it was my thread but please do me a solid and DELETE those 2 posts as they are useless now and just function as spam (I don't like that). I would have done that myself if given the option. Please do fix all of these simple issues with the forum functions, for the sake of others. For me most likely this will be the last time I try to post anything.

all well and good to say "if you want the drops watch the stream".
but when the stream is at 3am on a workday it ain't quite that simple now is it.

so yeah would be nice to have an option for those that want to but can not watch the stream.

how about they do next stream that is good in other timezones and terrible in the US.

well can you think about doing streams at different times then?
maybe so the stream is not always going to be at 3am for the same people.
that way it is convenient for some and inconvenient for others but not always the same people in each boat.

Also, my twitch account is PSAA12 because someone already snapped up the username PSAA. I linked up the twitch to that but will i get the rewards even though my username doesn't match exactly?
