Please can you help me? Where I can get these free crystal to complete my quest?? Story mode or some event, daily quest??

Go the tick in the botton right corner.
Click on Solo Events.
There were be something called "Daily Super Event". Complete that to gain the free crystals.

I already completed that, but when I opened the crystals It didn't add up at all.

I completed the quest in two days, which means a total of 8 crystals, while the game shows 4, so I don't understand
