No. I had mine at rank 5 and he was my guy. Current form he is not worth rank 4 in my opinion

Not since Kabam, after selling us Dr. Strange specific crystals which many spent real money to get, Nerf'ed him to the point of being really only useful arena points. I agree with the others, he's not worth more then an R3 these days.
