New account cannot log in

I need help, I can't log in to my new account, it keeps showing an error message, please try again later, I need a VPN to log in normally. I can log in to my old account normally, and I don't need a VPN!

Are BOTH accounts registered the same way (not the same info, just the same method) ?
As in, are they both using their own KABAM ID (email and password) for login ?

Or is one using Google/Apple Game/Play Center, while the other one uses normal Kabam ID ?
