I accidentally bought a unit bundle;is there any way it could be reverted

I had about 9.3K units ;a event quest completion bundle poped up it was about 1.4K units I did not intend to buy it, I bought it accidentally, is there any way it could be refunded. As F2P player those units mean a lot to me. Pls help

If u didn't open any crystals then sending a support ticket should do it
