Accidentally in-game purchase

By mistake I purchased a 7 star champion bishop from a selector, which offers a 7 star bishop, 10 paragon crystals and generic 7 star level up items, on December 2nd for 9500 units.
I immediately submitted a ticket and did not use any of the items. It's been more than 20 hours, but no response from kabam support except for an automated initial reply.

    Any update? I did the same thing. Bought some stuff from store.mcoc and was claiming it. Suddenly this popped open and bought KM. All my saved units gone in 1 second. Gonna cry if the dont refund.

    It can take days sometimes. With the sales they’re swamped with requests I’m sure. Give them time.

    (This is like case number 20 or somthing, just in forums) cheap tricks dudes, you may want to have a chat with the team responsible for this.
    This doesn't suit a multimillion dollar franchise.

    I keep checking for updates and no response from Kabam even after 24 hours has passed and its more then 24 hours now.

    Hoping for them to fix it. I lost all most all the units and in no mood to farm units again. Cannot farm another 9.5K units before the start of banquet events.

    I had the sam thing happen. It took about 30 hours for my units to be restored.

    Whatever you do, just don’t be tempted to open those crystals, rank the champ or use any of the items. It may take a couple of days for support to reverse the transaction.

    Yeah, I'll never open those crystals and I'm not even going to use my old signature stones.

    Keep in mind that they sort through tickets on a first-come-first-served basis. They've been getting a lot of requests from other players that have spam-tapped a weird spot of the screen while loading in and made the accidental purchase. You also have to add to the pile that there were two cyber week bundles that were bugged and giving out incorrect rewards, so they got a ton of tickets for that too.

    Kabam just refunded all the units that was spent, issue resolved.

    Noice, yea I just reached the 48hr mark. No reply yet. Longest time I havent played the game in a long time

    Welp i am done. I was accused of opening 7 star signature crystals which I dont understand as i didnt receive any crystals or use 7 star sig stones. I only used 6* to upgrade my 6* spidey ham. After I which I haven't tocuhed the game. I am officially done playing this game if I dont get any help after this. Spent too much money, time and effort to get accused because i misclicked and lost everything. If anyone else can please help me with this, I would greatly appreciate. Because I repeat I didnt open or use and 7 sig stones.
