Game is lagging: while playing with dust in 60fps

I'm facing lag and game is a bit slowed down while playing with dust in 60fps. I have already posted a discussion related to this. Please take action. I'm unable to upload the video, I have the screen recording as well

    DUST has been causing issues like that ever since release, before 60 fps.

    That's why people would draft her as a BG defender, hopefully to cause opponent's device fight to crash out on them.

    Dust needs a graphical nerf, because it's currently completely unplayable to face her face n competitive play.
