@ Kabaam Pinwheel. I have made every livestream since I started playing. Most of the time I am at work and just put my headphones in and listen. I’ll type in the code when I hear it and all good.
I first want to say I am showing up for the information and I appreciated everything that was shared in the last one.
Here is how I am currently confused with all the rewards:
1. There is some sort of connection between our twitch account and Kabam account (pre-twitch drops) that makes you eligible for the 7* draws? I have always typed the code but never felt sure that I have even taken the the correct steps to be eligible in the first place.
2. I linked my twitch account to my Kabam account per your instructions but I have no clue if I received the twitch drops, if I needed to take additional steps, and what they were? What was the twitch drops? The code in the mcoc store?
3. As I said before I have shown up to every stream and usually I am at work. This day I was in a meeting about a new 401k plan at my job 😂. I didn’t see the codes for titan crystals and definitely missed the code for the hidden stuff…
4. Another person noted that stream chat is just endless and constant code text !titanup… etc. where is the engagement?
I am showing up to be with you guys and participate with these live streams. Some times at some complication to my own life. Not trying to complain but this was the first time where I felt like WTH is going on. I didn’t get to enter the codes, I found out after that I missed a secret code, I still don’t know if I have ever entered a 7* giveaway correctly, and I do not understand if I have received the twitch drop or need to do more steps. Not a great feeling TBH. How there is a way to rectify and clarify this situation for all summoners.
