How can I fix this promo code bug? I typed it in and got nothing. Now it says I can’t do it twice? Didn’t receive anything in game, any idea where it could be? (I understand loads of folks were on the site at once) Do I still get those rewards???

    It may take some time (most have got it by now).

    One thing to make sure, is that your WebStore Login is registered as the same as your GAME ACCOUNT.
    (in case you had multiple game accounts and were thinking you were doing the WebStore with your desired Game Account, but instead it was from a different (secondary) game account.

    What was it? Out of curiosity. I was spamming all the !in stream giveaways but other than 10years etc etc I couldn't tell what was giveaways and what this hidden code was. What a dissapointment missing that after watching for two hours. It probably wasn't anything groundbreaking but still.

    The code was ThankYouForPlaying. Everything matches my desired account I guess I’m just the unlucky fella haha

    You might still have to wait.
    Or Submit a Request after a while to support regarding the 1 code that you did.

    (Note for others, the 2nd code regarding was very limited time, but this original ThankYouForPlaying one should be able to get)

    I’m in the same situation ….. got enter the code and nothing in ingame reward …….
    Repair the bug please , I want my 2 réunions cristals
