Alliance war season and banquet event

So I heard from the livestream that you have to be part of an alliance for at least 14 days to take part in the banquet event. And thats alright, like previous years. My concern is about the dates. So basically alliance war season is ending on december 18th. Banquet event is starting on december 20th. If a person needs to move from an alliance to another, they need to do it before banquet event starts. So that's on the 19th I guess. Or even the 20th at the latest, but still before the event starts. Well what about alliance war season rewards? If they dont come in before banquet event starts, some people will have to give up on either aw season rewards or banquet rewards. I think it's important to address the matter to make sure people are free to move after aw rewards without missing out on banquet event. Ideal situation would be for aw season rewards to come in on the 18th or the 19th at the latest, to give enough time to people to move.

This means you should have left your alliance already prior to the current war season.

And not have to worry about this issue

You've got 3 options - move now so you can get AW rewards elsewhere, stay where you are and enjoy the event with players you've invested into this season with, or sacrifice either AW rewards or banquet alliance rewards.

This is bs because the event and the requirements were announced today. Also I'm not moving but some people may get kicked and replaced like in any other alliance. I dont think its cool to kick a person prior to aw season rewards but I also think its necessary to recruit new people without them missing out on banquet event. So the matter is like I said about timing. Kabam should reassure us that season rewards will come a day prior to the banquet event start date

It’s 14 days every year, should have moved before the season started. The date has been available for months since the banquet tickets were in the store. Or move now since you can still do enough wars for season rewards with your new alliance.

Why does your current Ally (if indeed it is a high alliance, which gets high AW season rewards), not want to partake strongly in Banquet too ? (As in, just participate in Banquet there)

And if you’re NOT in a high Ally for AW, there should be not much of an issue changing NOW, and still participate in enough Wars to get Season AW.

If there are people looking to group into a BANQUET-ONLY Ally (from scratch), without regard to AW or anything else. Well, then they must not care about AW anyways.

The 14-day timer has been in places for the last 2 or 3 banquets before this one. The date of the banquet has been known for weeks. If it is a surprise today, then it is because you weren't paying attention before.

AW rewards have consistently come the morning (depending on time zone) after the close of the season. There's no reason for Kabam to guarantee something that has been consistent for a long time. There's a chance that something comes up, but in every scenario it has been something nearly entirely out of control (aside from last seasons rare kerfuffle).

Yes, alliances may kick players early, but those alliances that do that without consideration for the player receiving their rewards (unless the player is truly worthy of being kicked) are not alliances worth being in in the first place and won't be doing much in the banquet anyway.
Last season rewards came 2 days after season ended. Season ended on wednesday, season rewards on friday. Not just that, but due to the mistakes from war 4, some corrections came in the following week. To clarify, I'm not moving from my alliance. As an officer, I have to take decisions based on how people perform and how they contribute to alliance goals and milestones. What I mean to say is if a player performs badly and we decide to replace that player, we absolutely dont want to cause harm to that player and cause them to miss out on aw season rewards or banquet rewards. We push for top 20 so aw rewards are important and people who contribute to them deserve to get them. I'm basically speaking on behalf of people who could potentially get kicked at the end of the season. I'm not moving so it doesn't affect me either way. But I've always tried to treat people fairly and kicking people without them getting rewards they contributed towards is something I find to be unfair.

I dont know about banquet alliances. I think I clarified where I'm standing in the previous message. I think the dates being so close to one another is something that can potentially cause harm for some players. If kabam can safely send aw season rewards in time, then people wont be missing out on any rewards
