Nexus 7*recommendations and advice

Old player coming back to lots of new champions, so not super familiar with all the new champs, been trying to get caught up but these 3 I haven’t had a chance to investigate in detail yet. Any recommendations on who to choose here?

    Arcade is a tough defender, inflicts tonnes of Damage over time effects, not the most effective in terms of raw damage but is due to be buffed in the new year.

    Negasonic is a champion specifically designed to get around the most annoying aspects of the toughest Skill class defenders, nothing really complicated about playing her but she is effective in what she does, probably a good champ for a newer/returning player.

    Shathra is a power manipulating champion with good damage and has aspects of her kit that allow her to match up very well into Maestro and Serpent, two of the most prominent defenders at the moment in terms of war and Battlegrounds. I would suggest she is outright the "best" champion of the three but would take some getting used to.

    My recommendation for you in this case would be Negasonic. Welcome back to the game 👍

    Ahh, thanks this is very helpful. So hard to choose, but I really appreciate the thoughts and recommendations.

    Who did you go with in the end? In all honesty, they all have their uses, I don't think there's a wrong choice really.

    Id go Shathra, arcade is meh but he’s being buffed in January so he might be a solid champ then, Negasonic is a good skill counter but I personally don’t like her and we have so many other mutants that counter skill champs and are faster.

    I ended up going with shathra, I have quite a few good mutant champs to counter skill, and shathra from what was said and what I saw seemed intriguing, even if it may take me a bit longer to get a hang of, figured that might be better for me in the end.
