Refund units (freeze)

Hello,
I would like to know if I can get back the units I unintentionally used because of a freeze on the loading page of a purchase of a 7* character (warlock), 9,500 units, especially since I was saving them for the banquet. I don't know what to do, do you have any ideas?

    Yes, submit a support ticket and in the meantime don’t level the champ or use any crystals that came with him

    As long as you don’t use anything that the offer gave to you, you can get your units back.

    Hit the gear icon in game, scroll down the green support button. Don't use anything you purchased and don't open the crystals or else you will not get the refund.

    Thanks, I'll see how it goes, but I hope to get my units back especially for the banquet!
