    Hulk just flattens everything, Count is more specific to who he can counter and he needs the dupe more

    Nefaria is busted, I’d go with him. He’s got insane immunities, sustainability, resistances, and utility. He’s abit trickier to master with his parry specials mechanic but he covers so many different fights. He like the science absorbing man. Hulk is great too but less utility, more raw damage.
