Kabam refuses to refund me for in-game items.

I've been playing for 9 years.

I make a mistake of inattention, I take the offer of the week with the killmonger at 9500 units.

I make a ticket directly to kabam.

Kabam answers me, that I have to answer the questions to prove that I am the owner of the account.

I answer all their questions by bringing them the proof with photos, dates. and there is one where I no longer have the information but Kabam tells me that I have to answer everything.

Kabam has been making me go around in circles for 5 days. After the third day, I am given the same message each time without any solutions being found

I would like a solution to be found, because I only have one desire, which is to stop the whole game because of them.

You, and many others who have done this recently, won't like to hear this, but account verification exists for a reason.

I also had an accidental purchase last week which Kabam reversed very promptly. I had thought account creation date would be the sticking point as I don't remember the exact date, so went with what I think was the correct month (year I know) of creation which was obviously enough to satisfy them- I would assume that there is some degree of flexibility with this particular ask.

the false one was, the first purchase in real money. I gave the dates that I had on my apple store...
kabam told me that it was not that and that the precise dates were needed.
Which I do not have access to.

It's only a refusal if you get all the questions correct and they say no (unless you opened or used something).

I am still waiting for the bundle I bought from credit card a year ago. No amount of tickets fix this. I can’t credit back or I’ll go into red units. Yet Kascam verified it was a glitch and id be compensated with everyone else who bought it.i never was. Out the money and no items for what I bought. Kascam don’t give af. They choose favorites and pick and choose who gets refunded or compensated. It all depends what mood they are on that day I guess. But to be scammed for real life money and not get the items you bought is a new low. Wasn’t just me. Forums has a full thread of it.

If you use units to accidentally purchase the (I'm assuming 7* champion) then you get the other items.. which you cannot use. If you use the sig stones or open the crystals.. nope you don't get refund.

Maybe Kabam should take people based on their words that it's their account. I can't see anything wrong with this. I know the username name of the account, what more do you need. Why is Kabam making a big deal out of nothing. If somenone answered 4 out of 5 questions right. That is a passing grade in school so it should be a passing grade in Kabam verification process. Come to think of it, I think society as a whole should believe people on their words and proof isn't needed. I'm Elon Musk and I would never lie about it, it doesn't benefit me one bit to lie about it. Now I would like to transfer all my money to a off shore account please.
