76 7 stars and don’t have Wong or Shuri. I don’t like necropolis content by default. These holes in the roster for now over a year makes it super easy to reinforce my dislike of it.

Yeah there's going to be a pool of champs we can use which will probably have a tag like carinas challengers from old challenges. We just know wong and sentry will be in it and aegin won't. I'm also assuming Kate won't either lol

I just check and my highest rarity of Sentry is a 5* (which in the pass was considered as lucky 🤣).

Sure hope I pull him in a higher rarity soon, (gosh can't believe I just said that).

I'm also one if the many "Iron Chef Aegon" (plus I didn't have Wong then).

However I really hope that R2 Wong can do the work (with revives to compensate).

R3 materials is limited for the like of player like me, so would hate to have to R3 a champ just for one quest.

I guess we will find out in a few day.

Sure Wong is difficult to play in BG at rank 3, so not the worst pick. I would do the least painful half path objective to get the she hulk piece of it is easy. Although more likely just spend 5k to avoid the pain altogether.

R2 is enough. I personally didnt had any experience with wong prior to this, and managed to one-shot Titania on necropolis first try. Which is one of the most difficult/longer fights with him it seems

Agreed, I did the same with my R2 vs Roblin and finished full yellow bar. For comparison, my aegon run for completion during road to the crypt was something like 114 revives.

Yeah just R2’d mine and roblin is a nice easy one to solo. Having real difficulty with Kraven though using wongers.

I wouldn't recommend going for the right side. If you want to practice with him for now, go in Titania path and then on the Apoc path on second half. He can solo all fights, so that's the path you want to choose for the challenge.

We might get the tag tomorrow with the update so you can already form a team and start the run. Just have to finish it when the challenge pops up next day.

Could be, but seems unnecessary addition. They especifically did that way on prior objectives because the way Gauntlet is made, someone could just jump to the boss right away. So it's likely safe to assume it will just be a single objective to complete a path with a specific team/tag.

Either way, I'd exercise caution of trying a run early and just waiting at GM because it might cause issues with the objective somehow. It might not, but I'd exercise caution anyways before going through all that effort.

@Eb0ny-O-M4w for those of us new to Wong and who managed to get lucky and pull & awaken him recently, what is the rotation/sequence you are using that make Necro solos doable with him?

I prefer to start with the yellow spell to allow to ramp up more charges quicker. The more spells, the more charges and the more easier it gets to refresh them on a sp2. Some fights where opponent deals energy damage via basic attacks might be better to use the other spell that gives charges on taking energy damage.

Anyway, there's a YT channel with tons of Wong solos, as well as a full itemless run with him. You can search it and should appear easily.
