I've sent a ticket 3 days ago and no response yet and have seen others have problems too lately. Has the support team gone down since then they used to respond quickly

They go through them in the order they receive them. Could just be backed up. What was the ticket for?

Accidentally buying a offer with money guess it's too late now for a refund

Refunds can still be issued as long as you didn't use anything in the offer. If you used anything, then yes, it's too late. They're probably also still dealing with a good amount of refund requests from cyber week, so you could just be down the line.

Yea i guess you're right it was actually a monthly sigil pass I was trying to see how much the cost was when I clicked next it automatically made the payment without asking if I was sure.

Sigil pass can’t be bought using UNITS. (like the other accidental 2500 or 9500 champ purchases this month)

And are you saying that purchasing with real money didn’t have any follow up authorization screen/box that you had to confirm ?

Or did you purposedly go all the way thru, to see what the actual “dollar” amount would be (or whatever currency conversion) ?

That's different from accidental tapping of screen at the moment a pop-up offer happens.

Yea usually with PayPal it ask you are you okay with paying this but this time it didn't ask and just automatically went through
