Strange thing happened fighting MODOK

I had to fight MODOK four times this morning, because the victory wouldn't take.

Interestingly, I fought him four times in succession with the same champion, since he wouldn't due either:

All fights were OG Daredevil Vs MODOK:

Round 1 - narrow MODOK victory. Daredevil and MODOK both mysteriously revived at 85-100% health.
Round 2 - Daredevil victory. Both mysteriously revived again.
Round 3 - Daredevil victory. Both mysteriously revived again.
Emergency maintenance happened
Round 4 - Daredevil victory; this time MODOK stayed down.

Has anyone else seen this? I didn't put on the bugs thread because that thread doesn't get much traffic; but likely a bug anyway.

Using MotoG, latest Android, fully updated.

    I was able to login today multi times also but for a very short time! Was able to do 1 fight in AQ. Didn't have that issue, but everything is possible here!!!
