New 10 year challenge tag

There’s a new 10 year challenge tag and it includes Wong and sentry. So I think it’s safe to assume this will be the champ pool for the full necro run challenge. The pool looks solid 18 champs. Also I’m glad they are giving people a 7* Wiccan so they have a reverse controls immune option. What do you guys think of the pool?

The ones I have ranked are 7 star r1 ham, 7 star r2 Black cat, we will get 7 star vox and wiccan, they gave us a free 7 star cheilith who i have r2 and my photon is r4. Might touch necro for the first time. Also either @Kabam Crashed or @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex or @Kabam Pinwheel said free cheilith would be important haha

The only character I'm missing as a seven star besides the new pool is Hulkbuster. Need to do some planning and finally learn Wong.

I’m happy with it too, I was thinking about waiting for the banquet event to see if I could get 7* sentry but seeing the pool I’m not sure I’ll have to wait. I guess we’ll see if they make use take a specific path or if we get to choose.

Glad they kept Wiccan there for the Wong synergy and reverse controls immumity.

As someone who only has path 4 left in Necropolis (Jubilee/Stryfe), anyone think there’s a chance I can cobble together a team from these guys and do path 4 with them? Something like Wong, Vox, Wiccan, Hulkbuster, and QS/Sentry? I’m concerned that the trap nodes look rather awkward with this crop of champs.

I have Kate in the team but didnt use her much. Knull can cheese the Valkyrie fight and better than Wong for me fighting Psychoman and Guardian

Dont know the full roaster but from the photos noone can take Diablo. I guess Hulkbuster can but it'll be a pain

My initial thoughts were that QS/Sentry would be there to shut off Diablo’s regen with despair. No reversal means no cheese, but they’d theoretically be able to do it. That and their unstoppable counter would be enough to handle Sandman. Don’t know if that’s actually enough though which is why I’m asking. I’d like to be able to “double dip” by completing the last path and a Carina’s challenge but I’m willing to handle them separately if need be.

So far, if the screenshot represents the full list, I'm thinking of: Wong, Wiccan, Photon, Hulkbuster and Vox/Adam.

Can probably solo everything with Wong till Grandmaster. Photon is there to help on Wiccan in case he regens much (despair mastery). Hulkbuster is to thank on Grandmaster, and can't decide between Vox or Adam for anything specific.

Red guardian, capiw - black cat
Aarkus, air Walker, cap Britain, nova - wiccan
Guardian, valk, sam - knull/gorr/vox (lmk who's best, only gorr is duped).

Ironheart Or one more cosmic for backup.

If I don't pull sentry I'll just use spam for sentry fights (will get the job done, especially the 25 stings once per fight would be too useful).

Really excited to see how well Chee can do at rank 3. I’ve seen quite a few necro solos with her, since her bleeds reach bonkers levels but I’ll probably use Wong.
