Clarification on deathless thanos synergy

The umbral vanguard synergy (pic) says ‘in the necropolis, gain +50 vengeance charges. If all champions are present:’

I’m assuming this means that the secondary effects for each champion will only trigger in necropolis but figured I may as well ask as was a little unsure.

Could just wait to see how it work next month as to me due to the : it means only for necro

In necro, you get the +50 charges. Everything else shouldn't be related to necro if I'm reading it correctly

So just be for quests then if works outside of necro since if need all u cant use it in war or aq
