Didn't get my AQ rewards

I joined every single Aq in the last week and still didn't get any aq rewards , my friends saying that it was because i updated the game and its full of bugs and glitches .

Mine did this too. I was able to scroll up and the grey border scrolled with it and revealed the claim button.
