Anniversary badge not received

Me and a couple other people in global chat have received our “First in The Cosmos” 10 year anniversary titles but have no received our Veteran’s badge/ banner that goes with it. Similarly, those that did receive the badge/ banner inadvertently had their Legend Title/ Banner removed from their accounts. Not sure on the affected players for this but please look into this. Was really looking forward to using that Veteran’s banner.

I want to apply for the Veteran title for the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the game. My account was created on 12/13/2014 and there are accounts newer than mine that already have that title with the vignette and frame similar to the Mythic title.

Is there even a place where you sign up for it specifically? I don’t have any mail with that. Do you have your “First in The Cosmos” title? The one that’s specifically for joining the contest in 2014? I have that one but not the banner that you’re describing

Yea it’s a bug they are apparently working on but they have been REAL QUIET about it. The tickets I’ve submitted were closed instantly with no explanation. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Lyra

Yes i sent a ticket also. Received the title and banner then it was removed taking my legend banner with it. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon, I'm sire it is. Really feels odd without my legend banner there lol. It’s the little things.

My legend badge is still here. Not sure if I even received the veterans badge, I might have but when I went to go equip it it was probably 30 mins after the fact I was even aware it existed. So it probably would have disappeared by then. But other guys are saying it was automatically equipped unlike when you have to manually equip your legends banner. So I really don’t know. Hope we get an update soon
