No accessibility to 1* for new account + bugged calendar

Hi so I've been playing for the past 10 years and for the 10 year anniversary I wanted to try a new account to see what if feels like to be a new player in 2024 so I did that and I managed to get uncollected in 2 days just before the 10 champs calendar but then it hit me when I saw the 1 and 2* arena ... How are new players supposed to get 1* ? I believe 1* champs can be obtained in daily challenger/contender/proven crystals but nobody stays under Proven title for more than a day so new players realistically only have access to 2 1* ( Starky and another one from the first daily crystal but that's it )
But I was like it's fine at least I can buy 1* for 25 units so I can do the arena even but apparently uncollected don't even have access to the 1* crystal ? How is that fair kabam ? My new account pretty much just got robbed from good rewards from the arena event just because the 1* accessibility is pretty much non existent in the game
Also apparently the bug is known but since new players already have a special 30 day calendar the New Summoner Supply Drop it means we don't have access to the 10x10 Supply drop pls fix that too I got uncollected under 2 days just to have access to that calendar and get 10 5* I would like to not have done that for nothing and get them 👍
