Same as the dual-choice 9500 Unit PURCHASE popup offers from the past several weeks.
Continues in Dec for the remainder of the Year-Based side quests.

(Hadn’t checked before, but I have a feeling now that this is a way “IF YOU REALLY *MUST* HAVE ONE” that you can get a champ of the exact Year that matches each new week's side quest year requirement. In order to do the Side Quest, if you really had NO champ of that year).
