Incursion Bug - Sector 4 is not available for Valiant

Hi @Kabam Pinwheel ,

Normally Valiant (and I assume Paragon players), are able to access Sector 4 to 6 in Incursion.

During the Saga Incursion, this is change to Sector 5 to 7.

However the nomarl Incursion have just came back, however it is now restricted to Sector 5 to 6 only. This have a massive affect on the total amount of Artifacts players can get, which also lead to much longer between Incursion 7* purchase (currently it is around 2.5 months, which is already too long)

Could have look into this and let the players know what is the situation.

Is this change intentional, if so why or is this a bug?

ALRIGHT folks, we spent a decent amount of time diving deep into this one today, and we think we have a solution for the upcoming round of Incursions where you should be able to scoop the rewards from all three zones as you'd expect to... Yes - I see what the actual issue is now

As for this current round, we aren't able to adjust the Event as it's live, so unfortunately there's nothing we're able to do to fix the current issue until this one expires.

NO PROMISES WE'LL BE ABLE TO - but I'm going to check back in with the team sometime next week about sending out Compensation for the players impacted by this round of Incursions.
Is it possible you can comment on why some boss hacks were removed buff corn and armor break ones?
My guess is because they replaced them with even more overpowered hacks (second chance and the three healing hacks), and they didn't want the overpowered armor break one to also stay. Why buff cornucopia got cut, along with several others, I don't know.

I can understand that BuffCorn was abused but now there’s basically nothing that advantages cosmic champs over other champs. It would have been better if they nerfed it rather than got rid of it.

Actually it is right that @captain_rogers and other and keeping on this.

While what is lost isn't anything game breaking. It is also nit right that things are being swept under the carpet just because Kabam is too busy deal other problem.

That is not a practice that is good for Kabam or MCOC players.

With the missing rewards are aroynd 36,000 Artifacts and some 5 and 6* shards. It would do no harm for Kabam to send out compensation, if Kabam is too busy to get the right data, then just sent it out to everyone (event if they don't play Incursion), honestly it isn't going to break anything.

Honestly it make absolutely no different to me if Kabam send the compensation out or not, but it will do a lot for Kabam, confidence in Kabam right is extremely low, a little care "thank you for playing" package will go a long way.

Sector 5 - 43,001
sector 4 - 35,835

Total incursions artifacts per month is 171,823

We also get 5,000 (max) per week from the Alliance events so its 20,000/25,000 per month.

So it does take a bit more than 2 months for an Incursions crystal

(but what about Fryday ? Profile is “private”, is that what made you think it was deleted ? Or did they say they were leaving ?)

And, for the fewer people who sometimes could not scroll to RIGHT in Top Zone Rewards (for Sector 6 Top Zone), I did have that happen once for me, but the Sector 6 Top Zone rewards were actually earned (just occasional glitch in scrolling over to see them), as I was able to see them at some point later.

So apparently the missing ones were probably just the Sector 4, which we just got now.

Only able to get Top Zone rewards for sectors 5+6.

You’re supposed to get sectors 4-6 as valiant as this has been it has been in the past, at this point I can only access 5 and 6.

Keep in mind, when NOT in Saga Incursions, the lower Sectors still have to follow the Team PI range in order to actually enter and play that Sector's rooms.

It's just the TOP ZONE Rewards is what is bugged (again).

(*in Saga months, you can enter even the lowest sector with your best champs, but not this month)

(I did enter Sector 4 with a lower team, just to do a room and see if it would get the Top Zone reward anyways, even though grayed out. Nope. Just the Gold for doing the Sector 4 room).
