    Pop-ups for buying 1 of those 2 champs (pop-up Selector) have been going on all last month already.

    Champs change each week, to match the new YEAR of the Side Quest requirements.

    The initial opening of the game, after each SQ “week” starts, will result in this slightly delayed Pop-Up selector.

    Been happening over a month, should be used to the fact that pop-ups are happening each week now.

    (*no excuse though, and there really should be a CONFIRM button added to any such Pop-up)

    No, that's not what happened. They bought the pass boosts from the Web store. When you launch into the game, you have to collect everything since it's sent to your mail like this-


    I bought all the level boosts from the store and it makes you collect a ton of stuff.

    So as they were claiming, somehow the offer for the champs popped up in-between claiming webstore items and they clicked on one of the champs.

    The policy is to refund purchases that appear to have been made by accident so long as the player has not used any of the resources or opened any crystals that might be in the purchases. The champ selectors would qualify and they should have reversed upon request, so long as the request appeared reasonable (it is possible to abuse the system to the point they might start saying no, but that shouldn't happen to any player that just makes a simple mistake).

    However, I recently had an issue with the webstore and opened a ticket, and for whatever reason the support person appeared confused about what my request was. I believe the issue was that I gave too much information, which is a problem I've run into in the past. I should have just said "I accidentally bought this, can this be refunded please." Instead, and I'm paraphrasing for simplicity here, I said "I was trying to do this and I accidentally did that and then I went and bought this and I want to get that refunded so I can do this instead." This caused the support person to blue-screen, and when they rebooted they gave me a completely non-sequitor response (they told me what the contents of the purchase I was trying to refund was).

    If this is something you did, I would recommend either following up or opening a new ticket, and just focus on what you need to happen. Do not say I was buying this on the web store and I was claiming these items and while I was claiming items...." Just say "I accidentally selected this champ in the selector screen by mistake, can I have that purchase refunded." Period. No context, no extra information, and especially do not complain about all the ways the process is broken. Just say made mistake, need purchase to be refunded. Don't give them extra words to process.

    Also, it took a few days to get a response when this happened about a week ago. I think support was backlogged with tickets from cyberweekend. I don't know if they have worked through that backlog yet: they might have.

    It was a better story than I clicked 8 times instead of 7, because clicking 7 isn't all that much. 7 is the amount of those website rewards for collecting Dazzler, which somehow I was able to do without buying extraneous stuff just now.

    I don’t know maybe you annoyed someone at support but I had an ally mate accidentally buy a champ and they got it refunded so. I honestly don’t know what to say.

    In your OP you were unclear as to where you were when you are claiming things. There are the market points rewards in the store too.

    Your title eludes to there being something you need to be careful with for the Webstore and there isn't any. The problem is that you were rapidly clicking through the items you bought and somehow the champ offer popped up in between.

    You're being extremely dramatic about what happened. All you can do and all anyone can do is submit a ticket. Your post should have been along the lines of...

    I purchased all the levels for the pass and as I was claiming them, the champ offer popped up and I accidently purchased a champ for 9500 units.

    Ether find a new way to present these offers or add a "confirm" button to high priced purchases.

But… since there was green shadows of crystal vault statues in the background i assumed the game was acting silly and simply clicked the claim button again making sure to directly push it in the center after saying to myself” what the @&$? How many times do i have to claim the same item “

    Dude, he literally told you how to fix your problem but you’re too caught up in wanting to be mad about this to hear it. Just contact support and ask for a refund, this isn’t that serious.

    Another simple solution for you: if you don’t like how the forums are responding to you, then stop engaging with the forums.

    Here is a clear example of someone clicking something behind the overlayed foreground and it activating a button hidden in the background by the overlay in the foreground…
    I’m sure if it can happen here there’s no way it could ever happen anywhere else… followed directly by a clip of the button not being hit until it appears on screen

    Weird…. No way this could happen in other places where something is simply overlaid

    Many times things in background can be clicked. Including starting bgs before the option is available,buying stuff in game store etc.. can click before option is even available to click. I truly believe Kascam does this intentionally. They continuously throw these offers like The current 10 k unit offer up it pops up 5 times in 5 minutes this morning. Can be collecting a crystal and will accidentally click it cause it just keeps popping up.so it’s what these guys do in hopes people will accidentally buy I’m sure. How they can pick and choose who gets help and who is sh!t outta luck is wild. I paid real money for an offer and was scammed and nothing I can do about it. Also my ally lost bgs season rewards awhile back and showed video proof of our rank and everything and was told we’d be getting our compensation for it and we never did. Took a year of fighting before we gave up. Company is super shady and people dislike posts about it and brown nose and clown those who have these trash things happen to them. Until it happens to them they they start crying snowflake. Wild

    Reason why u should let the game process and background stuff so u dont tap something by mistake as deals always drops at depending time zone every few days and these 9.5k are either weekly or 2 weeks and will pop up once unless u tap it when the game is trying to process the menus

    I truly appreciate someone not victim blaming. It sucks to be forced to take something you never saw or accepted

    It sucks more to be blamed for trying to WARN people so what i 100% know was a glitch, doesn’t happen to them. exactly like the overlay in battlegrounds allowing the exact same thing to happen when you start a match before its even an available option on screen, hidden by the foreground overlaid on top of the button

    In your OP you were unclear as to where you were when you are claiming things. There are the market points rewards in the store too.

    Your title eludes to there being something you need to be careful with for the Webstore and there isn't any. The problem is that you were rapidly clicking through the items you bought and somehow the champ offer popped up in between.

    I purchased all the levels for the pass and as I was claiming them, the champ offer popped up and I accidently purchased a champ for 9500 units.

    Ether find a new way to present these offers or add a "confirm" button to high priced purchases.

    Dude, he literally told you how to fix your problem but you’re too caught up in wanting to be mad about this to hear it. Just contact support and ask for a refund, this isn’t that serious.

    Another simple solution for you: if you don’t like how the forums are responding to you, then stop engaging with the forums.

    Don't keep clicking without reading the pop up message.. if you assume it is included with your purchase.. it will not indicate this offer of 7* champion with some added resources is equivalent to X,XXX units... being complacent doesn't excuse lack of attention.. but I do agree that there needs to be a confirmation button.. 'stating that you are using X,XXX amount of units to buy offer' (if you still click this.. then the purchaser is at fault.
