Potential Chavez (or general) bug in BGs?

Posted video for example, but was doing a fight with Chavez against Red Skull, and after hitting into his block, he just sat there blocking for well over a minute (he was blocking before I started recording). Someone in my alliance said they had the same thing happen, but it was Chavez against Arcade.

Has anybody else had this happen?

Same thing happened to me with kate vs red skull. He held block after I applied her passive stun and didn't let go until I hit his block and went unstoppable. Cost me the match.
