Dragonman heavy bug ?

Is anyone facing issues where dragonman is not getting unblockable buff after doing heavies ? is it a known bug ?

It was brought up here. Waiting on a response from Kabam but he is definitely bugged.

I’m facing the same issue with his heavies. He also isn’t getting his unblockable after specials besides sp3.
