Is there anyone from Kabam reading the chats? There have been multiple issues that people have brought up that have had radio silence for 4 days now.

Its like when all the bugs hit they stop responding at all. It was better for awhile but this week is about as bad as ever as far as lack of communication or acknowledgment.

All I know is if I ignored my members for days on end I would be having a rough conversation with my bosses.

It makes it seem like the issues we are raising could not be less important.

Just because they dont respond doesnt mean they havent sent it over to the game team

"Points for the solo event that was delayed and never acknowledged aren't awarding correctly, ill send it over"

Etc etc.

It takes 30 seconds to acknowledge a concern.

The Forums are first and foremost for us to discuss the game. They don't/can't respond to everything. They do the best they can to interact with us on here, but it isn't a mandatory thing.
Furthermore, there is a process to reporting issues. There's far too much venting on here without the appropriate information.

And that's the main issue right there. Kabam probably responds to at least 80% of the issues that come up on the forums, but rather than read the forums players decide to make more posts about issues that Kabam has already responded to. There's no reason for them to go into every post and give a copy and paste response when players can just look at the front page and read.

Can Kabam improve communication? Absolutely and then some. We can't seem to get much consistency there just yet. But they're responding to many more issues than players give them credit for.

And with so little info on some issues like if u see an issue describe it get a video expand on the point so kabam knows what they are looking for

People don't care about reporting a bug or getting info. They just want a straight answer to their own question. Its not like the forums start with creating a post. All they would have to do is click on recent discussions. Denounce laziness while being lazy.

We've been through this a hundred times. Mods don't need to acknowledge every single post regardless of what you think.

People got spiderman twice, is that not enough to justify that they are working and fixing the issues.
Keep in mind, we are near holiday season and these people are keep working for us to have best holiday season for banquet and gifts.
So if you give them some rest and leave acknowledgement responsibility for them.
It would be helpful for them.
