Negative red units after refund of Supreme Growith Bundle

I requested a refund for the Supreme Growth Bundle as it didn't award units. Now my content credit score is -30$. Only way for me to move forward is to give back the 30$ to kabam for no reason. Can this be fixed?

    You should have requested through Kabam.

    You can use your account all you want. You can't buy anything with real money until you fix the red units. You asked for a refund incorrectly. If you asked from Apple or Google, they can't remove the items in-game. So essentially what happened is you got a refund and kept the items.

    There's a whole section on the Kabam support page. It sucks to learn a lesson this way but there ya go.

    You still have the purchase you made. It is still in place on your account.

    Problem is that you didn’t realize the purchase was for 10,000 Units (I assume this is the one) that only come a portion at a time, as you **SLOWLY** reach higher (new) Summoner Levels (from 60 to 70), which would take a couple of years to fully achieve.

    So, you have to give Kabam back their money that you got refunded back to you.

    Then you will be back *EVEN*.

    Now, whether you want to ask Kabam directly for a refund of that purchase, since you didn’t know what the purchase was really for, and that it wasn’t an instant 10,000 Units. You can go thru Support directly to try to do that.

    Ok so can I make one big purchase (Let's say buying a odin), get a refund via playstore, and got completely ftp again with no downsides? Is this legit or will I get banned for doing this intentionally (I'm asking serious). also how negative unit work?

    But, yes you can still “Play”, but that would be taking “ftp” to a whole ‘nother level, lol.

    I think it also locks you from all tje other stores but I don't remember

    You can, but you can never use your units ever again... Can't ever buy a revive, HP pot or anything at all with units.
    Can't participate on banquet, CM, 4th unit deals...

    I think you can earn units from places but it doesn't apply to the balance and you don't have access to regular units.

    We you can buy 5 odins. That is 15k units. Convert 15k units into revives. That is 375 revives. Then refund 5 odins :O

    Except kabam also tends to perm ban accounts who abuse the chargeback function. So be warned..
