Level up

I seen the level cap increase to 65 and I was wondering two things one can we level up now I seen a little blue bar and wanna use boost and the second question is will we get more mastery points with the level increase because it wouldn’t make sense to keep getting mastery cores and not be able to use them.

There are 2 mastery points between 60 and 70, forget exactly where.

Boost and normal xp won’t help much, you need refined xp that’s in valiant sde, sigil and paragon gauntlet

If you look in your summoner profile under your title it tells you what you get for the level rewards, but only to level 65 at the moment.
