"Violent Delights" event quest chapter 2.1 Shuri fight

So when I fought this specific Shuri with the "Gimme Shelter" node, I found that she still auto-blocked despite my now dead Sersi having 11 buffs.
I'm unsure whether it was a bug or simply an interaction with Shuri's unmodifiable ability accuracy preventing the buffs from reducing the auto-block chance (which would then be a case of oversight on the EQ fights designers' part) so I decided to post it here for the time being.

Used my sig 200 r5 5* Angela against her and she killed Shuri quick while regening from Shuri's special attacks.

It's a known issue. Thank goodness we only have to fight her once
