Using Purgatory against Rintrah crashes the game

Minor bug: Incorrect progression for Daily Gift

In Act 9.1.2, the Scourge charges are not being paused by the proliferate node.
The "Proliferate- Special Punish" node is supposed to pause the scourge charges for 4 seconds after you punish the defender's special attacks and yet the charges keep going up, it's not as bad as the unintended high amounts of power gain in the 9.1.3 scourge path but I'll have to ask the dev team to fix this soon!
