For sure you could have gotten better, but Nova is a brute. Honestly I wouldn't be disappointed to pull him.

Try him a bit and you should feel better! Plus he can be annoying as a defender.

Some mates of mine convinced me that he's actually a pretty decent champion. Really changed how I viewed him. The problem for me is that the Cosmic class is STACKED, so "decent champion" just doesn't cut it. He's probably down somewhere between fourth and sixth place when it comes to which Cosmic 7* champs I want to r2.

In pool of stacked broken cosmic class, Nova is nothing but another guy.

It’s not like he can take a ton of meta defenders (bullseye, photon, attuma) super fast in bg and is a decent defender. It’s not like trappy has shown how insane he is at high sig and he’s doing fights better than top attackers even in unideal metas

You're giving valid reasons .... for BGs players. And especially, GC level/higher tier BGs players.

For most other players, he is still not as good as other Cosmic champions.

Someone who is complaining about their first Titan crystal is in a position where:
(1) They are unlikely to be super competitive BG players, and therefore
(2) Titan crystal is more valuable compared to how higher BG players consider it to be (since they are getting Titan shards at a faster rate due to playing BGs highly).
(3) Outside of BGs he would not be the Cosmic champion of choice to use unless they had no other options or a specific tag requires Nova (Even a common node, Buffed Up, would encourage the use of other Cosmics over Nova)

Nova is better than his overall reputation, but that is still not enough for most players to be happy with the pull, especially from a Titan crystal.

I know the feeling. Nova is pretty solid though. I know he's not who you wanted, but don't be too disappointed. But If you need a bgs/aw defender, he's really good for that.

His playstyle is annoying though. And he is boring compared to other shiny cosmics.
