Bug when upgrading serpent

Every time I upgrade my 6 star serpent it gives me a game error and crashes my game

After I got a reply from support which they didn’t know what the problem was even with photos of the error message, I tried leveling him up again and it crashed like before.
So I tried recording it to send it to support, but for some reason it didn’t come up once I started recording. Then I stopped the recording and tried and the error never came up again.

Not sure if that was the fixed it, but it worked for me. When I pulled him I took a screen shot and that’s when I first got the green error message.

I also had this happen when I tried leveling up a new 3* I got a bit ago. From what I recall, this same bug was happening when Serpent first released and could be avoided as long as you only leveled him up with cosmic iso-8. I haven’t tried it myself but I’m curious if it is indeed the same problem with the same “solution”, if anyone can confirm.
